Vinos Tintos:

HERITAGE – An 1886, Les Aspres, 2018, AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages Les Aspres
This delivers plenty of pleasure for a very reasonable price.

HERITAGE – An 560, Tautavel 2018, AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel
It has an earthy, stony undercurrent that gives it more savory appeal.

HERITAGE – An 1877,  Saint-Chinian 2018, AOP Saint-Chinian
Full-bodied, it’s a gutsy red made for winter nights and meaty stews.

L’Hospitalitas 2018, AOP La Clape
(…) a big, beautiful beast capable of drinking well for a decade or more.

La Forge 2018, AOP Corbières-Boutenac
Full-bodied, expansive

Le Viala 2018, AOP Minervois-La Livinière
Quite different from most of the other Bertrand wines, with more of an emphasis on red fruit (…), delicate herbal nuances of thyme and bay leaf and gentle oak shadings.

Château L’Hospitalet Grand Vin Rouge 2018, AOP La Clape
A terrific effort for drinking over the next 10 years or so.

The top of the line at Bertrand.

Château de Villemajou Grand Vin Rouge 2017,  AOP Corbières-Boutenac

Aigle Royal Pinot Noir 2017, IGP Haute Vallée de l’Aude
(…) medium to full-bodied, with a silky mouthfeel and a long finish that boasts complex notes of herbs, spice and red berries.

Domaine de l’Aigle Pinot Noir 2018, IGP Haute Vallée de l’Aude
(…) delivers early drinkability and true Pinot Noir character at a reasonable price for the quality

Aigle Royal Pinot Noir 2018,  IGP Haute Vallée de l’Aude
This medium to full-bodied effort is almost approachable and should drink well for
4-5 years.

(…) full-bodied and even a bit chocolaty on the palate, with ample concentration

Vinos Rosados:

(…) ultra-luxe 2019 Languedoc Cabrières Rosé (…). An excellent wine.

Château La Sauvageonne La Villa 2019, AOP Languedoc
(…) a pale rosé (…) that doesn’t lack character,

Vinos Blancos:

Aigle Royal Chardonnay 2019, AOP Limoux
(…) makes quite a statement about the potential of these high-altitude vineyards in Limoux

(…) nicely balanced, in a big, lush way…

Domaine de l’Aigle Chardonnay 2019, AOP Limoux
(…) finishes with hints of silk and grilled citrus.
